Project Summary

This Emerald Courtyard House is a new project located within a land estate, dominated by the typical ‘project home’ builds. The clients requested a modest front to blend in with the surrounding homes, but a more sophisticated level of architectural design to the rest of the house. The design is focused on central courtyard pool forming a U-shaped floor plan. Large glass openings and panels from the living areas create a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.  This contemporary design features a palette of materials of vertical cladding, timber cladding, brick and black window frames.
